Warley Town won the Calderdale School’s Tournament of Kwik Cricket and then we were asked to represent Calderdale in the Yorkshire Kwik Cricket Tournament at Headingly Stadium. We were the only ‘small’ school there out of 1100 teams.
We came third out of 1110 teams in the whole of Yorkshire – fantastic result, well done team!

The team played extremely well together, and should be proud of their achievements as this was their first tournament - seven schools took part.

INTER-SCHOOL ATHLETICS Warley Town once again won, and brought the trophy home for the 4th year running.
The majority of pupils finished 1st or second in their events, giving Warley a clear lead. Well
done to you all!
